Elegit Beauty’s Policies

We want you to be happy every time you book in and have a service with us. It is all about you, not us. Saying that if you are not happy with the treatment that we have provided, we have given you 2 days after your service to contact us about the issue. We will book you in and fix any issues the best we can. We are happy to accommodate you in any way possible.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please do so by the end of the business day, the day before your appointment. E.g.  If you have a 1pm appointment on a Friday, please cancel before 5pm on Thursday the day before. We need that notice to be able to have the time to book someone else into your cancelation spot. Please let us know as soon as possible.

Failure to cancel before the time period means that your booking deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee, and gift vouchers will be void.

Failure to turn up to your appointment will result in 100% cancellation fee. Gift vouchers will be void. Payment upfront may be asked in advance and required for clients who cancel regularly, or do not turn up for their appointments.

Arriving Late

Sometimes arriving late happens, and you can’t help that. We understand this at Elegit Beauty. We will try and accommodate you the best we can. Your appointment is booked in only for you to provide you with the best quality of service. If you are running late, please call us and tell us as early as possible, so we can work times around to accommodate your late arrival. Sometimes it will be too hard for us to fit you in at a later time, due to another appointment booked in with another client after you. This means your appointment time will be shortened, and there may not be enough time to complete your service. If this happens, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Before your appointment

For all lash and brow services please remove all your makeup with an oil free cleanser or makeup remover before your appointment. Make sure your makeup is completely removed to be able to provide you with the best application.

If this is your first time with Elegit Beauty, please come in 10 minutes early to complete a personalized consultation with me, as well as a few forms to fill out.

Our services will require a non-refundable deposit at the time of your booking. If you cancel the day before your appointment before 5pm, your deposit will be used for your next service booking. If you cancel your second appointment, the deposit will be used as a no show, as we have booked that appointment especially for you, and it will then be harder to fill that appointment gap.

Bringing kids to your appointment

At Elegit Beauty we provide a service that requires full concentration, and attention to detail. With kids around, it will distract concentration, and detail, which means this could lead to a service not fulfilled. We also have machinery, cords, and equipment out in the workplace, which means having kids at the time of your appointment is a workplace health and safety risk. Unfortunately, we do not allow kids at the time of your appointment.  Please understand and respect this policy.

Payment

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of your booking. If you have given us notice of cancelling the appointment by the end of business day, the day before your appointment; we will transfer your deposit to another appointment time.

Deposits can be paid online, or in person. We will accept payments by Eftpos, visa, Mastercard, and Cash.
